Traffic arrangements will take place on Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9 on PATHE motorway, specifically at the area of Oropos, to perform sign gantry removal and installation works. Specifically, from Markopoulo I/C up to Malakassa I/C, motorway traffic direction to Lamia and left lane direction to Athens, will be closed from Thursday, June 8 at 19.00pm to Friday, June 9 at 07.00am. During this time, all drivers moving direction to Lamia will exit the motorway at Markopoulo I/C and, following the respective signs, will re-enter the motorway at Malakassa I/C through the lateral road. It should be noted that vehicles may pass through the respective lateral toll station direction to Lamia without paying tolls, throughout the duration of said traffic arrangements. Finally, vehicle traffic direction to Athens will not be affected, since middle and right lane will flow normally during this period. Nea Odos gives notice that, on Thursday, June 1, the Ionia Odos remaining south section will be delivered on traffic and motorway connection with Rio – Antirrio “Charilaos Trikoupi” Bridge will be completed. The under-delivery new section, of a total length of 6,5 km, starts from the connecting point at Antirrio Bridge and ends to the entry point of Klokova tunnel. Important structures such as Antirrio Intersection and Makynia tunnel, of double-branch with two traffic lanes per direction, of a total length of 500m, shall be included at this section. Upon delivery of this motorway section, a 102-km complete section, of safe modern motorway with 2 traffic lanes & an Emergency Lane is being constructed. Furthermore, the journey time from Antirrio to Amfilochia is being reduced by approximately 50 minutes - instead of 1 hour and 35 minutes - due to the existing National Road. We would like to highlight that Ionia Odos section, from Sellades, Prefecture of Arta, to Perdika, Prefecture of Ioannina, of a total length of 53 km, is operational. Today, the Ionia Odos operational sections will cut the journey time taken from Antirrio to Ioannina, from 3,5 hours to 2 hours; a saving of 1 hour and 30 minutes upon full motorway construction. We would like to remind everyone that, until the new section delivery on Thursday, and the removal of the existing traffic arrangements, traffic will be conducted from the existing Antirrio – Ioannina National Road bypassing the Mount Klokova, up to Kalavrouza, where drivers will be able to enter into the Ionia Odos operating sections through a temporary ring junction (circular intersection). On Thursday, delivery will be made in two phases. At first, the traffic lane direction to Antirrio will be delivered in order for all necessary works to be carried out (signage modification, temporary entries exclusion, alignments etc.), while traffic lane direction to Ioannina will be delivered at noon. For any additional information, drivers may call the Ionia Odos Customer Call Service at 2641 306 306. In conclusion, Nea Odos has taken all necessary measures for the safety of drivers, while relevant temporary signs will be installed in the area to provide full information. An extension of a few days to the traffic arrangements will take place up until June 1, 2017 on Ionia Odos, at the area of Riza, Prefecture of Nafpaktia, aiming to perform and complete all works required for the connection of the said operating motorway section with the remaining section up to Rio – Antirrio “Charilaos Trikoupis” Bridge. We would like to point out that the said traffic arrangements refer to the total exclusion of section from 11th to 16th km of Ionia Odos. Traffic will temporarily flow from Antirrio – Ioannina Old National Road (Mount Klokova bypass) up to Kalavrouza – right after the Klokova exit Tunnel– where drivers are given the opportunity to enter, through a circular intersection, the operating motorway sections. Traffic arrangements will take place on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at the 116km of A.TH.E. motorway, aiming to perform old sign gantry removal works. Specifically, from 07:00am to 17:00pm, from Martino I/C to Kastro I/C, motorway traffic toward Athens, as well as the left traffic lane direction to Lamia, will be fully interrupted. During this period, drivers who move towards Lamia, will exit the motorway at Martino I/C and, following the respective traffic signs, will re-enter the motorway at Kastro I/C. Motorway traffic toward Lamia will not be interrupted, since the right traffic lane – during this time – will flow normally. Traffic arrangements will take place on Monday, May 22, 2017 on Ionia Odos and specifically at the 79,5km (Agrinio bypass), aiming to perform electronic Variable Message Signs (VMS) installation works. Specifically, from 08:00am to 20:00pm, from Agrinio South I/C (Chaliki) to Agrinio North I/C (Kouvaras), motorway traffic toward Ioannina as well as the left-carriage way toward Antirrio, will be fully interrupted. During this period, drivers who move toward Ioannina, will exit the motorway at Agrinio South I/C (Chaliki) and, following the temporary traffic signs, will re-enter the motorway through the Old National Road of Agrinio North I/C (Kouvaras). Traffic flow toward Antirrio will not be affected, since right-carriage way, during that period, will flow normally. Various issues and announcements In accordance with the law and the Articles of Association of the compan, all shareholders may attend the meeting, either in person or via a representative, and the Greek State as well. Company shareholders who wish to attend the Ordinary General Meeting must deposit all their shares to the company's cashier or to the 'Deposit and Loan Fund' or to any recognized bank in Greece at least five (5) clear days before the date set for the Ordinary General Meeting. The supporting documents for the stocks deposit as well as any power of attorneys should be submitted to the company's cashier at least five (5) clear days before the date of the meeting.

Aiming at the constant improvement of its services and with ultimate goal the maximum possible level of road safety, Nea Odos on April 10 2014 carrying out a full scale readiness exercise in PATHE motorway and more specifically within the tunnel of Knimida (which bypassing St. Constantine and Kamena Vourla of Fthiotida) . The exercise will be carried out with the participation of our staff, the traffic police of the motorways, the ambulance service and finally the Fire Service. During the exercise and more specifically from 08:00 to 14:00, the traffic of motorway’s branch towards Athens will be totally suspended and the traffic will be diverted to the old national road (peripheral St. Constantine – Kamena Vourla). Nea Odos has taken all the necessary security measures for the safety of the drivers while relevant temporarily signs will be installed in the area to provide fully information regarding the diversion. Nea Odos, informs that due to procedural matters and with the goal to serve the permanent residents of Oropos municipality, from tomorrow Thursday 13 of February, the applicants can visit the Customer Care Center of the company, for their registration to the special discount program Fast Pass Oropos. The Customer Care Center is at Afidnes toll station, direction towards Lamia and operates Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. We remind that the documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents for their registration to the special discount program are the following: Certificate of Oropos Municipality that the applicant is a permanent resident of the Municipality. A statutory declaration of law 1599/1986 stating that the address declared in the application is the same as the one declared as permanent to the tax clearance certificate. A copy of the tax clearance certificate of the previous year, which will demonstrate that the main residence of the applicant is within Oropos Municipality. Car license of the category 2 vehicle that belongs to the applicant.

Nea Odos, in agreement with what was announced to the Mayor and the Municipal Council on Friday, February 7th, and with the goal to provide a special care to Oropos municipality, hereby confirms the following: Exclusively for Oropos permanent residents and via the special program Fast Pass Oropos, all category 2 vehicles for all the permanent residents of Oropos, will pay at Afidnes toll station 2,10 EUR / pass from the first pass, thus maintaining the toll fee at the level prior to the increase. The subscription of the permanent residents in Fast Pass Oropos program will be implemented through the Citizens Service Centers of Oropos Municipalities, by Nea Odos employees who will be present in order to serve them. The documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents are: An application form to subscribe to the Fast Pass Oropos discount program. This application is available in the company’s web site and will also be available at the registration points. The date of commencement of the submission process is Thursday the 13th of February, whereas the effective date for the program Fast Pass Oropos is Wednesday 19th of February.

Nea Odos, in absolute accordance to those defined by the Concession Agreement as amended and ratified by the Greek Parliament (Law 4219/2013) and following a customer centric strategy, announces that from midnight on Wednesday, February 5th to Thursday, February 6th: - The fees at the toll stations are adjusted as described in the attachment called Toll Fees. - A new discount program of the electronic toll payment service Fast Pass, is being launched. With the new program Fast Pass Frequent, all users of category 2 vehicles, will enjoy at the toll stations of Afidnes , Kapandriti , Malakasa and Inofita, discounts up to 50% per pass! The percentage of the discount increases as the number of monthly passes increases, as described below: Passes Discounts 11-20 5,00% 21-30 15,00% 31-40 20,00% 41-50 40,00% 51-60 50,00% Finally, we stress that especially for the section of PATHE, managed by our company (national road Athens to Lamia, form Metamorphosis to Skarfia), numerous improvements have been designed ( i.e. works at interchanges , improvement actions regarding signing and lighting upgrade of the parking areas , etc. ), aiming to the transformation of our motorway into one of the safest motorways in Europe.
