All vehicles with four wheels may use the service.
Registering with the service and obtaining the transponder is easy and FREE, by using one of the following methods:
- Drop by the Customer Care Centres that is convenient to you.
- Call the Customer Care Call Centre on 22950-26900 (A.Th.E. section) and 2641 306 306 (Ionia Odos)
- Go to www.fastpass.gr, fill out the registration form, and attach the relevant documents
- Via the MyOdos application
If you are an individual or a freelancer, the Call & Courier service will deliver your transponder to your home or office at no extra charge. As your account balance will be zero, before passing through toll stations for the first time, you must credit your account with the amount you want.

Individuals
- The police ID card, passport, or driver’s licence of the person signing the application.
- A document certifying the Tax Insurance Number and home address of the person signing the application or a solemn declaration stating all of the above.
- The vehicle(s) registration.
If registration is being carried out by a third party, authorisation is required, signed by the interested party, with signature authentication.
If you have us send your transponder to an address of your choosing, you must submit to the courier a photocopy of all necessary documents.
Companies
- A GEMI announcement regarding representation or the certified articles of association of the company, if they indicate its lawful representative.
- Proof of identity (police ID card, passport, or driver’s licence) of the legal representative signing the service registration application.
- A photocopy of the registration of the vehicles that will use the transponders.
- If registration is carried out by a third party, authorisation by the lawful representative of the company on company letterhead paper that meets the requirements of the law, with authentication of the signature is required, along with proof of identity (police ID card, passport, or driver’s licence) of the person signing. The authorisation must state the number of transponders the company is requesting be activated by the service.
- In the case of Legal Entities governed by Public Law, the above authorisation must be signed by the Director of the Service with authentication of the signature.
If registration is being carried out by a third party, authorisation is required, signed by the interested party, with signature authentication.
Freelancers / Professionals
- The police ID card, passport, or driver’s licence of the person signing the application.
- A business commencement certificate for natural persons or traders, or some other document proving their professional capacity.
- A photocopy of the registration of the vehicle(s) that will use the transponder(s).
If registration is being carried out by a third party, authorisation is required, signed by the interested party, with signature authentication.
If you have us send your transponder to an address of your choosing, you must submit to the courier a photocopy of all necessary documents.
The transponder is provided to you completely FREE OF CHARGE! If you stop by the Customer Care Centres, you can tell the employee how much you want to deposit on your account, on the spot. If you receive your transponder by courier, your account balance will be zero. Therefore, before passing through a toll station for the first time, you need to make sure you have topped up your account. In any case, the following methods are at your disposal:
- At all lanes with collectors, at all Nea Odos toll station, with cash or by credit/debit card.
- At the Customer Care Centres, with cash or by credit/debit card.
- Online by credit/debit card at www.fastpass.gr /
- Via your mobile telephone & the MyOdos app, by credit/debit card
- Via web banking services
