Traffic arrangements will take place on Ionia Odos Motorway, specifically between Antirrio and Messologgi I/Cs, in order to proceed with electromechanical equipment maintenance works in Kalydona tunnel. Specifically, from Monday 17 July up until Tuesday 18 July, between 21:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m. next day, and from Tuesday 18 July up until Wednesday 19 July, between 21:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m. next day, vehicle traffic will be fully interrupted at the aforementioned section, in both traffic flows. During the above period, vehicles direction toward Ioannina will be channelled to Antirrio Intersection (I/C) and, through the Old National Road (Old N.R.) and by following the respective signs, will re-enter the Ionia Odos motorway through Messologgi I/C. Respectively, vehicles direction toward Antirrio will be channelled to Messologgi I/C and, through the Old National Road (Old N.R.) and by following the respective signs, will re-enter the Ionia Odos motorway through Antirrio I/C. Nea Odos announces a modification in traffic arrangements, in force as of May 3rd on ATHE Motorway in the region of Lake Yliki, in order to proceed with construction of the Yliki-Kastro section.   This change affects traffic flow in the direction of Athens. Specifically, as of today, up until July 24, vehicle traffic shall be adjusted as follows:   Α) From the 99th km to the 98th km, on one traffic lane in the existing direction toward Athens. Β) From the 98th km to the 97th km, traffic will be diverted to the right branch, in the existing direction toward Lamia, traffic again going through one lane. (Traffic in both directions). C) From the 97th km to the 95th km on one traffic lane, on a new motorway section. (This will serve the traffic flow towards Lamia in the future). D) At the 95th km, vehicles will re-enter the existing motorway section direction toward Athens, which disposes 2 traffic lanes and an Emergency Lane. Finally, it must be noted that until Monday, July 10, traffic flow in the direction of Lamia, right after the Thiva Frontal Toll Station, specifically from the 93th to the 95th km, shall be channelled to one lane. At the 95,5th km position, traffic is channelled to one lane on the right side road up to the 97th km, where the users re-enter the motorway. From the 97th km to the 98th km, traffic is again channelled to one lane, as bi-directional flow is in effect to serve traffic flow towards Athens. From the 98th km and after, traffic conditions are fully restored, drivers having both lanes and Emergency Lanes in both directions at their disposal. Traffic arrangements will take place on A.TH.E Motorway, next week, during the evening, in the region of Metamorfossi Attikis, in order to proceed with pavement maintenance works. Specifically, from Monday 26 June, up until Saturday 1 July, between 22:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m. next day (on Friday, works will be carried out at 23:00), from the 14th km up to 16th km, middle and right lanes direction toward Lamia will be partially and simultaneously closed. Traffic flow will be channelled to the right lane. Also, the exit branch of Tatoi I/C will be closed, direction toward Lamia. During this time, drivers will exit the motorway at the previous branch (Pyrna I/C) and, following the respective signs, will re-enter the motorway at Tatoi I/C through the lateral road network. Traffic arrangements will take place on Thursday, June 15 and Friday, June 16 on PATHE motorway, specifically at the 44,5thkm, to perform sign gantry removal and installation works. Specifically, from Thursday, June 15 at 19.00pm to Friday, June 16 at 07.00am, from Inofyta I/C to Malakassa I/C, the following shall apply: Traffic lanes direction to Athens, closed. Left lane, direction to Lamia, closed. Motorway entry, direction to Athens, from Malakassa Motorist Service Station (Sirios MSS), closed. During this time, all drivers moving direction to Athens will exit the motorway at Inofyta I/C and, following the respective signs, will re-enter the motorway at Malakassa I/C through the lateral road. It should be noted that vehicles may pass through the Inofyta lateral toll station direction to Athens without paying tolls, throughout the duration of said traffic arrangements. Finally, vehicle traffic direction to Lamia will not be affected, since middle and right lane will flow normally during this period. Traffic arrangements will take place on PATHE motorway, from June 13 to June 22 in Agios Konstantinos and Kamena Vourla aiming to perform maintenance and rehabilitation works of the tunnels electromechanical equipment. Specifically, motorway traffic direction to Lamia will be diverted from Loggos I/C, at the Ag. Konstantinos – Kamena Vourla regional road, up to Kamena Vourla West semi-I/C, on June 13, 14 and 15, from 08:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.. During this time, normal traffic conditions are expected direction to Athens. Finally, motorway traffic direction to Athens will be diverted from Kamena Vourla West semi-I/C to the regional road of Ag. Konstantinos – Kamena Vourla, up to Loggos I/C, on June 20, 21 and 22, from 08:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.. During this time, normal traffic conditions are expected direction to Lamia. Specifically, from Markopoulo I/C up to Malakassa I/C, motorway traffic direction to Lamia and left lane direction to Athens, will be closed from 14.00 until the end of the works (in any event, no later than 18.30). During this time, all drivers moving direction to Lamia will exit the motorway at Markopoulo I/C and, following the respective signs, will re-enter the motorway at Malakassa I/C through the lateral road. It should be noted that vehicles may pass through the respective lateral toll station direction to Lamia without paying tolls, throughout the duration of said traffic arrangements. Finally, vehicle traffic direction to Athens will not be affected, since middle and right lane will flow normally during this period. Various issues and announcements In accordance with the law and the Articles of Association of the compan, all shareholders may attend the meeting, either in person or via a representative, and the Greek State as well. Company shareholders who wish to attend the Ordinary General Meeting must deposit all their shares to the company's cashier or to the 'Deposit and Loan Fund' or to any recognized bank in Greece at least five (5) clear days before the date set for the Ordinary General Meeting. The supporting documents for the stocks deposit as well as any power of attorneys should be submitted to the company's cashier at least five (5) clear days before the date of the meeting.

Aiming at the constant improvement of its services and with ultimate goal the maximum possible level of road safety, Nea Odos on April 10 2014 carrying out a full scale readiness exercise in PATHE motorway and more specifically within the tunnel of Knimida (which bypassing St. Constantine and Kamena Vourla of Fthiotida) . The exercise will be carried out with the participation of our staff, the traffic police of the motorways, the ambulance service and finally the Fire Service. During the exercise and more specifically from 08:00 to 14:00, the traffic of motorway’s branch towards Athens will be totally suspended and the traffic will be diverted to the old national road (peripheral St. Constantine – Kamena Vourla). Nea Odos has taken all the necessary security measures for the safety of the drivers while relevant temporarily signs will be installed in the area to provide fully information regarding the diversion. Nea Odos, informs that due to procedural matters and with the goal to serve the permanent residents of Oropos municipality, from tomorrow Thursday 13 of February, the applicants can visit the Customer Care Center of the company, for their registration to the special discount program Fast Pass Oropos. The Customer Care Center is at Afidnes toll station, direction towards Lamia and operates Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. We remind that the documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents for their registration to the special discount program are the following: Certificate of Oropos Municipality that the applicant is a permanent resident of the Municipality. A statutory declaration of law 1599/1986 stating that the address declared in the application is the same as the one declared as permanent to the tax clearance certificate. A copy of the tax clearance certificate of the previous year, which will demonstrate that the main residence of the applicant is within Oropos Municipality. Car license of the category 2 vehicle that belongs to the applicant.

Nea Odos, in agreement with what was announced to the Mayor and the Municipal Council on Friday, February 7th, and with the goal to provide a special care to Oropos municipality, hereby confirms the following: Exclusively for Oropos permanent residents and via the special program Fast Pass Oropos, all category 2 vehicles for all the permanent residents of Oropos, will pay at Afidnes toll station 2,10 EUR / pass from the first pass, thus maintaining the toll fee at the level prior to the increase. The subscription of the permanent residents in Fast Pass Oropos program will be implemented through the Citizens Service Centers of Oropos Municipalities, by Nea Odos employees who will be present in order to serve them. The documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents are: An application form to subscribe to the Fast Pass Oropos discount program. This application is available in the company’s web site and will also be available at the registration points. The date of commencement of the submission process is Thursday the 13th of February, whereas the effective date for the program Fast Pass Oropos is Wednesday 19th of February.

Nea Odos, in absolute accordance to those defined by the Concession Agreement as amended and ratified by the Greek Parliament (Law 4219/2013) and following a customer centric strategy, announces that from midnight on Wednesday, February 5th to Thursday, February 6th: - The fees at the toll stations are adjusted as described in the attachment called Toll Fees. - A new discount program of the electronic toll payment service Fast Pass, is being launched. With the new program Fast Pass Frequent, all users of category 2 vehicles, will enjoy at the toll stations of Afidnes , Kapandriti , Malakasa and Inofita, discounts up to 50% per pass! The percentage of the discount increases as the number of monthly passes increases, as described below: Passes Discounts 11-20 5,00% 21-30 15,00% 31-40 20,00% 41-50 40,00% 51-60 50,00% Finally, we stress that especially for the section of PATHE, managed by our company (national road Athens to Lamia, form Metamorphosis to Skarfia), numerous improvements have been designed ( i.e. works at interchanges , improvement actions regarding signing and lighting upgrade of the parking areas , etc. ), aiming to the transformation of our motorway into one of the safest motorways in Europe.
