Traffic arrangements will take place on A.TH.E motorway and specifically at Varimpompi I/C. Specifically, on March 20, between 22:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m. next day, road maintenance works will take place on the junction of the motorway right side road with Erithrea road, while closing the branches between the median strips leading: From Erithrea road to the right side road (Nea Erithrea Avenue). From Erithrea road and Tatoi road to the right side road (Nea Erithrea Avenue) From the right side road (Nea Erithrea Avenue) to Erithrea road and Tatoi road. During the aforementioned traffic arrangements, traffic will go through a bypass route where, by using appropriate temporary information signs, drivers will move toward the left side road and then, through the underpass at 25.3 km, will approach the right side road (Nea Erithrea Avenue), direction toward Varimpompi I/C. Nea Odos has taken all necessary measures for the safety of the drivers, while relevant temporary signs will be installed in the area to provide full information. Traffic arrangements will take place tomorrow, Tuesday March 20, on A.TH.E motorway and specifically in the region of Agios Konstantinos and Kamena Vourla, from 08:00 a.m. until 18:30 p.m., both traffic flows will be totally closed in order to proceed with electromechanical upgrading works of the local tunnels. During the above arrangements, drivers moving towards Lamia will exit the motorway at Loggos I/C and, by following the temporary informative signs and through the lateral network of Agios Konstantinos – Kamena Vourla, will re-enter the motorway at Kamena Vourla Western semi-I/C. Respectively, drivers moving towards Athens, drivers moving towards Athens will exit the motorway at Kamena Vourla Western semi-I/C and, by following the temporary informative signs and through the lateral network of Agios Konstantinos – Kamena Vourla, will re-enter the motorway at Loggos I/C. Nea Odos has taken all necessary measures for the safety of the drivers, while relevant temporary signs will be installed in the area to provide full information. Traffic arrangements will take place on Wednesday, March 14, along Ionia Odos, specifically at Gavrolimni – Messolonghi section in order to proceed with cable-laying works by HEDNO (Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network). In particular, at 12:00 midday and for about an hour, from Gavrolimni I/C to Messolonghi I/C, both traffic flows will be totally closed, while closing the entry branch of Semi-junction and Evinochori MSS direction towards Antirrio. During the above period, drivers moving towards Ioannina, will exit the motorway at Gavrolimni I/C and, through the Old National Road and by following the temporary information signs, will re-enter the motorway through Messolonghi I/C. Finally, drivers moving towards Antirrio will exit the motorway at Messolonghi I/C and, through the Old National Road and by following the temporary information signs, will re-enter the motorway through Gavrolimni I/C. During the aforementioned traffic arrangements, toll collection will be suspended from Gavrolimni Lateral toll station and Klokova Frontal toll station. Finally, at Messolonghi Lateral toll station, direction towards Ioannina, tolls will be collected normally, by proportionally charging those drivers entering and travelling on Messolonghi – Kefalovrysso section. Nea Odos has taken all necessary measures for the safety of the drivers, while relevant temporary signs will be installed in the area to provide full information. Traffic arrangements will take place tomorrow, Tuesday 06/02, and the day after tomorrow, Wednesday 07/02, on A.TH.E Motorway and specifically near Malakassa and Kapandriti, in order to proceed with inductive loop maintenance works. Explicitly, everyday between 10:00 and 15:00, the following shall apply: - On Tuesday 06/02, from the 49,5km to the 50,5km, direction towards Lamia, the middle, right and Emergency Lanes will be closed, and traffic will be channelled only onto the left traffic lane. - On Wednesday 07/02 or Thursday 08/02 (depending on the weather conditions), direction towards Athens, left and middle lanes will be closed from the 35,5km to the 37km. During the above period, traffic will be channelled onto the right traffic lane. This project of paramount importance includes: The homonymous motorway “Ionia Odos”, of a length of 196 km. from Antirrio to Ioannina (interchange with Egnatia Odos). The section of ATHE motorway, of an approximate length of 172,5 km, from Metamorfossi I/C, Prefecture of Attica, to Skarfia, Prefecture of Fthiotida, after Kamena Vourla, and ATHE connecting branch Schimatari – Chalkida, of a length of 11 km. Nea Odos’s primary commitment is to the safe and rapid transport of all Greek citizens in conjunction with the provision of high-quality services. Kentriki Odos is the company that has undertaken the study, design, construction, operation, exploitation and maintenance of the Concession Project “Aftokinitodromos Kentrikis Ellados – E65”. This project is of strategic significance for the development of the country and refers to the construction of Central Greece Motorway (E65), from PATHE semi-junction near Thermopiles I/C, up to Egnatia Odos I/C after Oksineia, as well as the management and maintenance of ATHE section from Skarfia to Raches (total length of 57 km) The Hellenic Paralympic Committee is the organisation responsible for development and promotion of the Paralympic Movement in Greece, as well as the choice, formation and mission of the national teams in the Paralympic Games.   The main objective is the broadening of the Paralympic Movement in Greece and, in that context, gives incentives to motivate and encourage people with disabilities – especially young people – to participate actively in sports, through daily involvement.

In accordance with the law and the company's Articles of Association and by means of the Board of Directors’ decision dated 26.03.2014, the company's Shareholders are invited to an Ordinary General Meeting to be held in June 30th 2014, Monday at 11:00 am at the Company’s Headquarters which are located at 87 Themistokleous Street, Athens, in order to discuss and decide upon the following items of the agenda: Approval of annual financial statements for the 7th accounting period from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 and the Board of Directors Report. Various issues and announcements In accordance with the law and the Articles of Association of the compan, all shareholders may attend the meeting, either in person or via a representative, and the Greek State as well. Company shareholders who wish to attend the Ordinary General Meeting must deposit all their shares to the company's cashier or to the 'Deposit and Loan Fund' or to any recognized bank in Greece at least five (5) clear days before the date set for the Ordinary General Meeting. The supporting documents for the stocks deposit as well as any power of attorneys should be submitted to the company's cashier at least five (5) clear days before the date of the meeting.

Aiming at the constant improvement of its services and with ultimate goal the maximum possible level of road safety, Nea Odos on April 10 2014 carrying out a full scale readiness exercise in PATHE motorway and more specifically within the tunnel of Knimida (which bypassing St. Constantine and Kamena Vourla of Fthiotida) . The exercise will be carried out with the participation of our staff, the traffic police of the motorways, the ambulance service and finally the Fire Service. During the exercise and more specifically from 08:00 to 14:00, the traffic of motorway’s branch towards Athens will be totally suspended and the traffic will be diverted to the old national road (peripheral St. Constantine – Kamena Vourla). Nea Odos has taken all the necessary security measures for the safety of the drivers while relevant temporarily signs will be installed in the area to provide fully information regarding the diversion. Nea Odos, informs that due to procedural matters and with the goal to serve the permanent residents of Oropos municipality, from tomorrow Thursday 13 of February, the applicants can visit the Customer Care Center of the company, for their registration to the special discount program Fast Pass Oropos. The Customer Care Center is at Afidnes toll station, direction towards Lamia and operates Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. We remind that the documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents for their registration to the special discount program are the following: Certificate of Oropos Municipality that the applicant is a permanent resident of the Municipality. A statutory declaration of law 1599/1986 stating that the address declared in the application is the same as the one declared as permanent to the tax clearance certificate. A copy of the tax clearance certificate of the previous year, which will demonstrate that the main residence of the applicant is within Oropos Municipality. Car license of the category 2 vehicle that belongs to the applicant.

Nea Odos, in agreement with what was announced to the Mayor and the Municipal Council on Friday, February 7th, and with the goal to provide a special care to Oropos municipality, hereby confirms the following: Exclusively for Oropos permanent residents and via the special program Fast Pass Oropos, all category 2 vehicles for all the permanent residents of Oropos, will pay at Afidnes toll station 2,10 EUR / pass from the first pass, thus maintaining the toll fee at the level prior to the increase. The subscription of the permanent residents in Fast Pass Oropos program will be implemented through the Citizens Service Centers of Oropos Municipalities, by Nea Odos employees who will be present in order to serve them. The documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents are: An application form to subscribe to the Fast Pass Oropos discount program. This application is available in the company’s web site and will also be available at the registration points. A copy of the tax clearance certificate of the previous year, which will demonstrate that the main residence of the applicant is within Oropos Municipality. Following the submission of the above documents the permanent residents will receive at their home address by courier (without any cost) the electronic transceiver Fast Pass and become subscribers of Fast Pass Oropos. The date of commencement of the submission process is Thursday the 13th of February, whereas the effective date for the program Fast Pass Oropos is Wednesday 19th of February.

Nea Odos, in absolute accordance to those defined by the Concession Agreement as amended and ratified by the Greek Parliament (Law 4219/2013) and following a customer centric strategy, announces that from midnight on Wednesday, February 5th to Thursday, February 6th: - The fees at the toll stations are adjusted as described in the attachment called Toll Fees. - A new discount program of the electronic toll payment service Fast Pass, is being launched. With the new program Fast Pass Frequent, all users of category 2 vehicles, will enjoy at the toll stations of Afidnes , Kapandriti , Malakasa and Inofita, discounts up to 50% per pass! The percentage of the discount increases as the number of monthly passes increases, as described below: Passes Discounts 11-20 5,00% 21-30 15,00% 31-40 20,00% 41-50 40,00% 51-60 50,00% Finally, we stress that especially for the section of PATHE, managed by our company (national road Athens to Lamia, form Metamorphosis to Skarfia), numerous improvements have been designed ( i.e. works at interchanges , improvement actions regarding signing and lighting upgrade of the parking areas , etc. ), aiming to the transformation of our motorway into one of the safest motorways in Europe.
