Traffic arrangements will take place on PATHE motorway and more specifically in the area between Malessina and Tragana to remove road traffic signs. More specifically, on Tuesday, April 12, from 07:00 until 19:00, the Livanates I/C – Arkitsa I/C section will be closed, on the road lane towards Lamia. During the above period, drivers will leave the motorway at the Livanates I/C where, by following the appropriate information boards and through the secondary road network, will be diverted at the Arkitsa I/C in order to re-enter the motorway. Finally, during the above period, on the road lane towards Athens, traffic will normally drive on the right-hand side of the road, but the left-hand side of the road will remain closed for carrying out the said works.   Traffic arrangements will apply at Inofyta I/C from Friday, April 1 up until Sunday, April 24, to dismantle part of the existing toll station. More specifically, during this period, the Inofyta I/C exit ramp will remain closed, direction towards Lamia. Vehicles may leave the motorway via the Malakassa I/C, through the right-hand secondary road network, and the users will be diverted to the Inofyta I/C by following the information boards. Finally, signs and information boards will be installed before the Malakassa I/C, in order for the users to be informed of the traffic regulations and to choose their way out from the motorway. Traffic arrangements will take place at PATHE Motorway, in the area of Kastro, aiming to perform elastomeric expansion joint maintenance works on the road bridge. In particular, from Friday, February 19, at 07:30 a.m., to Saturday, February 20, at 18:00 p.m., the tight-hand traffic lane as well as the Emergency Lane - from 121 km to 122,5 km - direction to Athens will be closed. Traffic arrangements will take place at Inofyta I/C from Wednesday, January 27 to Monday, February 8, aiming to perform old toll plazas dismantling works. In particular, during those days, the Inofyta I/C exit ramp will be closed, direction to Lamia. The users may exit the motorway by Malakassa I/C and, by following the road signs, will drive to Inofyta I/C through the right-hand lateral road network. Finally, appropriate information signs will be placed before Malakassa I/C, in order for the users to be informed of the traffic arrangements and to choose the road exit. Nea Odos informs its users that protesting farmers have set up “blocks” at several spots across PATHE motorway. The demonstrators periodically and unexpectedly occupy part or the entire width of the motorway, causing partial suspension of traffic. Thus, the traffic police subsequently proceed in diversion of the traffic through the lateral service network. Nea Odos has undertaken all the necessary measures for the safety of the drivers. Various issues and announcements In accordance with the law and the Articles of Association of the compan, all shareholders may attend the meeting, either in person or via a representative, and the Greek State as well. Company shareholders who wish to attend the Ordinary General Meeting must deposit all their shares to the company's cashier or to the 'Deposit and Loan Fund' or to any recognized bank in Greece at least five (5) clear days before the date set for the Ordinary General Meeting. Aiming at the constant improvement of its services and with ultimate goal the maximum possible level of road safety, Nea Odos on April 10 2014 carrying out a full scale readiness exercise in PATHE motorway and more specifically within the tunnel of Knimida (which bypassing St. Constantine and Kamena Vourla of Fthiotida) . The exercise will be carried out with the participation of our staff, the traffic police of the motorways, the ambulance service and finally the Fire Service. During the exercise and more specifically from 08:00 to 14:00, the traffic of motorway’s branch towards Athens will be totally suspended and the traffic will be diverted to the old national road (peripheral St. Constantine – Kamena Vourla). Nea Odos, informs that due to procedural matters and with the goal to serve the permanent residents of Oropos municipality, from tomorrow Thursday 13 of February, the applicants can visit the Customer Care Center of the company, for their registration to the special discount program Fast Pass Oropos. The Customer Care Center is at Afidnes toll station, direction towards Lamia and operates Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. We remind that the documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents for their registration to the special discount program are the following: Certificate of Oropos Municipality that the applicant is a permanent resident of the Municipality. A statutory declaration of law 1599/1986 stating that the address declared in the application is the same as the one declared as permanent to the tax clearance certificate. A copy of the tax clearance certificate of the previous year, which will demonstrate that the main residence of the applicant is within Oropos Municipality. Car license of the category 2 vehicle that belongs to the applicant.

Nea Odos, in agreement with what was announced to the Mayor and the Municipal Council on Friday, February 7th, and with the goal to provide a special care to Oropos municipality, hereby confirms the following: Exclusively for Oropos permanent residents and via the special program Fast Pass Oropos, all category 2 vehicles for all the permanent residents of Oropos, will pay at Afidnes toll station 2,10 EUR / pass from the first pass, thus maintaining the toll fee at the level prior to the increase. The subscription of the permanent residents in Fast Pass Oropos program will be implemented through the Citizens Service Centers of Oropos Municipalities, by Nea Odos employees who will be present in order to serve them. The documents required to be submitted by the Oropos permanent residents are: An application form to subscribe to the Fast Pass Oropos discount program. This application is available in the company’s web site and will also be available at the registration points. The date of commencement of the submission process is Thursday the 13th of February, whereas the effective date for the program Fast Pass Oropos is Wednesday 19th of February.

Nea Odos, in absolute accordance to those defined by the Concession Agreement as amended and ratified by the Greek Parliament (Law 4219/2013) and following a customer centric strategy, announces that from midnight on Wednesday, February 5th to Thursday, February 6th: - The fees at the toll stations are adjusted as described in the attachment called Toll Fees. - A new discount program of the electronic toll payment service Fast Pass, is being launched. With the new program Fast Pass Frequent, all users of category 2 vehicles, will enjoy at the toll stations of Afidnes , Kapandriti , Malakasa and Inofita, discounts up to 50% per pass! The percentage of the discount increases as the number of monthly passes increases, as described below: Passes Discounts 11-20 5,00% 21-30 15,00% 31-40 20,00% 41-50 40,00% 51-60 50,00% Finally, we stress that especially for the section of PATHE, managed by our company (national road Athens to Lamia, form Metamorphosis to Skarfia), numerous improvements have been designed ( i.e. works at interchanges , improvement actions regarding signing and lighting upgrade of the parking areas , etc. ), aiming to the transformation of our motorway into one of the safest motorways in Europe.
