National Customer Service Awards – Honorary Distinction
At the 7th award ceremony of the National Customer Service Awards of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (H.I.C.S.), Nea Odos received an honorary distinction as one of the three finalists in the Customer Call Centre of the Year, Small Team (up to 40 members)’. These awards are the most well-established institution in the Greek market, as through an internationally accepted and objective process, they recognise stand-out practices in the sector of customer service.
Hellenic Responsible Business Awards – Silver Award
Nea Odos received an important distinction in the framework of the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2016, an institution that rewards and highlights investments that promote sustainability, corporate responsibility, and sustainable social development. Nea Odos received the Silver Award in the ‘Local/Regional Range Short-term Investment’ category, for its ‘Cycling Safely’ action, which it is implementing in partnership with the ‘Panos Mylonas’ Road Safety Institute (I.O.A.S.).
HR Awards – Silver Award
In the framework of the HR Awards 2016, an institution that aims at promoting initiatives, practices, and policies that focus on people first, through Human Resource Management actions, Nea Odos received the Silver Award in the Talent Management category, for the ‘Identifying and developing talent on the Motorway’ project.
