Customer Service Centers & Customer Care Call Centers

All Customer Service Centers and Customer Care Call Centers of Nea Odos are available to any user seeking information regarding the services provided, or a planned itinerary, or wishing to give customer feedback that contributes to the continuous improvement of our services.

Customer Service Centers (C.S.C.) are located in:

Α) A.TH.E. motorway, right before the Afidnes Toll Station, towards Lamia. You can see the relevant map here

B) Ionia Odos motorway, right before the Klokova Toll Station, towards Ioannina and also at the Motorist Service Station at Episkopiko, towards Antirrio. You can see the relevant maps here and here.

All  C.S.C. operate from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 20:00 and on Sundays, 10:00 – 18:00.

Customer Care Call Centers operate from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 20:00 and Sundays, 10:00 – 18:00:
