Nea Odos has recognized the need for the smooth and continuous operation of the motorways under its responsibility, which derives not only from the company’s obligations under the Concession Agreement, but also from its commitment to higher levels of safety, combined with the highest quality services, and therefore implements a Compliance Management System (CMS).
As a member of GEK TERNA Group Nea Odos has adopted and implements the Group’s Code of Conduct and the Compliance Management Policy. The Code of Conduct reflects the basic principles, beliefs, corporate culture, and business ethics of GEK TERNA Group.
Within the framework of the CMS the company aims to recognize the wider Regulatory Framework (Concession Agreement, legislation, technical standards, etc.) that governs all the Operation and Maintenance activities of the motorways under its responsibility, in order to manage incidents of complaints from the interested parties and implement the necessary actions to resolve them.
Nea Odos has established a Compliance Management Committee which, in collaboration with the Higher Management and other interested parties, is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Code of Conduct and the applied policies, as well as coordinating the effective operation of the CMS.
Finally, it is noted that Nea Odos CMS is certified according to ISO 37301:2021 international standard.
