Nea Odos’s top priority is to implement the Concession Project in a technically sound, timely and effective way. For this reason, the company has developed and implementsan Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 International Standard.

The IMS sets objective and measurable Quality Targets which are achieved by implementing specific processes during the performance and operation of the project.

All stakeholders are responsible for implementing and constantly enhancing the company’s IMS which is used throughout all company activities and functions.

The obligation to comply with it at any project phase, is expressly and clearly referred to the Concession Agreement and its relevant documents while it is contractually transferred to the Independent Engineer, to the Constructor and any Subcontractor involved.
