This is why we implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) certified in accordance with the International ISO 45001:2018 Standard.

In the context of implementing the IMS, the company aims to eliminate or minimise risks to its employees, motorway users, or third parties related to any of its activities. Furthermore, it sets appropriate priorities and establishes programmes to implement its policy and achieve its Health & Safety goals.

Besides the above and with the support of independent H&S Consultants, Nea Odos provides its human resources with the necessary services of a Safety Technician and Occupational Physician, thus ensuring that the health and work conditions of all employees are constantly monitored.

Lastly, the crowning jewel in the Nea Odos’ commitment, is that it also maintains a personal insurance and medical healthcare programme for its employees.
